Urban Agriculture and Research Coordinator
Cecile Parrish serves as the Urban Agriculture and Research Coordinator for Eco Centro and Horticultural Education Specialist for the Garcia Street Urban Farm. In this position, she oversees several agricultural and sustainability initiatives. Eco Centro Fellows
Meredith Miller was the Director of William R. Sinkin Eco Centro from 2017 to 2022. She leads efforts to foster sustainability at the community level and across the world. Her primary interests are in improving built environments and preserving natural resources and ecosystems for the betterment of all species, including humans.
Ariana Fuentes
Urban Farm Specialty and Native Crop Specialist
Ariana Fuentes is the Urban Farm Specialty and Native Crop Specialist at Eco Centro and a farmer at the Garcia Street Urban Farm. As well as helping with the management and maintenance of the farm and Eco Centro’s gardens, Ariana specializes in design, native plants and youth programs and helps with the management and maintenance of the many Eco Centro and Garcia Street Urban Farm spaces. Dyhanara Rios was the Community Relations Coordinator and Center Manager for William R. Sinkin Eco Centro from 2018 to 2022. In this role, she supported the center through community engagement, social media, public relations, graphic design, event planning, center operations, and program development.
