Urban Farm and Garden Specialist

Ariana Fuentes is an Urban Farm and Garden Specialist at Eco Centro and a farmer at the Garcia Street Urban Farm. As well as helping with the management and maintenance of the farm and Eco Centro’s gardens, Ariana specializes in design, native plants and youth programs. Outside of work, Ariana teaches and practices herbalism in the Central Texas community. It is visible in her work that she is passionate about empowering those around her to build self-sustainable life skills in food, medicine, and relationships to the environment.
